What alternative is there to a VW for around 8k euro in a van? Diesel, preferably tdi?

Reason agains VW, (Golf, caddy etc) is they're too common!

What do you need the van for, would a car based van be ok?

I drove combo vans for a couple of years, drove them all at some stage i'd say, caddy, berlingo, kangoo, combo etc etc.. the one that was by far the best was the caddy. Felt more like a car than any of the rest

I want a van for insurance reasons. Really its a car van I want.
