may be this is not right place to ask but here it is. is it safe to register with http://www.motorcard.ie/ and price on their site is cheap then any other place?

It's run by statoil and is perfectly safe. I've been using it for over a year now. They will send you a bill which is direct debited out of your account at the end of every month (assuming that you've bought petrol that month).
