If you come off the N4 at the first exit for mullingar follow signs into mullingar .Go through the main street past Mcdonalds on left through a couple of roundabouts take a right hand turn immediatley after the Green Bridge about 100 metres on the left is Fairgreen it is more likely to be known as the 'Penneys' shopping center
