Question for anyone who has recently ordered Sky

    My viewing card is still Missing In Action.... 7 working days later and no sign of it.

    Have any of you who recently ordered Sky had the same problem? I ordered on Friday 10th August. It's frustrating to have the box but not being able to watch the channels :mad:

    mine arrived the day before the install last week - have you called them? They may be able to send out a replacement.

    i'm getting a extra box installed tomorrow and still no viewing card. I'd say they may be just busy and backlogged but its a right pain in the proverbials alright. Hopefully the installer won't come til after the post tomorrow

    If you ring Sky paddy and quote the number on your contract they will tell you the day it has been posted, it may be that it took a few days for your local installer to ring it through or a backlog with sky...worth ringing them to check.
