    Hi,
    any suggestions/comments appreciated.
This was taken at Fondation Maeght Modern Art Museum in Saint Paul de Vence, France. I think its a piece by Juan Miro, but i can't find the details right now.

    Thanks,
    David

Interesting artwork but the photo is very bright. Unfortunately the sky is washed out. Did you shoot raw?

Looks like it produces an interesting shadow on the ground. If you have it in raw see if you can bring back the sky or do two different exposures and combine them.

    cheers for the feedback
it was taken with my sony h2 - so no chance to shoot raw
i'll see can i find a way to reduce the brightness in the top corner

Without RAW its kind of hard to go up and down on the exposure, but for what its worth heres my take on it. hope you dont mind me trying?

    Could always try this

    http://www.sebastiandooris.com/stuff/DSC02549-Edit.jpg

    insert sky texture
    create contrast mask
paint back some detail lost in contrast mask.

    .
