[REQ] Good value desktop (inc. monitor) for €500 max

I seen a few amazing value Dell desktops a while ago but the codes seem to have expired for them.

Basically I'm looking for;

any sort of flat panel monitor
1GB RAM (minimum)
200GB HDD (minimum)
decent GFX card
Dual core CPU

u want to buy..decent in indecent money..;)

try dell outlet from thier website.. some times u get very gud deals thier...they sell without monitors..and u can buy monitor from any bargain... but u need to have credit card..they accept paymnet by only credit card.
