    for me :

    Heavyweight-Alexander Povetkin/Danny Williams
    Cruiserweight-David Haye
    Light-Heavyweight-Clinton Woods
    Super-Middleweight-Joe Calzaghe
Middleweight-Andy Lee(Arthur Abraham is favourite non Irish)
    Light-Middleweight-Sergei Dzinzurik
    Welterweight-Miguel Cotto
    Light-Welter-Ricky Hatton
    Lightweight-Juan Diaz/Michael Katsidis
    Super-Featherweight:Humberto Soto/Alex Arthur
Featherweight-Injin Chi(but he's just retired) so Jackson Asiku
Super-Bantamweight-Bernard Dunne(non Irish Somsak Sithchatchawal or Rafael Marquez)
    Bantamweight-Silence Mabuza
    Super-Flyweight-Jorge Arce
    Flyweight:Hussein Hussein
    Light-Flyweight:Ulises Solis
Minimumweight-Ivan Calderon(but he moves up in his next fight)

Everyone has their favourites for whatever reasons , so simply who are yours ?

Some overlap but that's inevitable I spose

Heavyweight-Nikolai Valuev(in case he finds out who i am ,one scary bloke :D )
Cruiserweight-enzo macranelli(david haye comes a close second, love his interviews on soccer am ,cocky but likeable with it)
    Light-Heavyweight-Clinton Woods
    Super-Middleweight-Joe Calzaghe
Middleweight-john duddy(not for his ability don't see him winning a world title)
    Light-Middleweight-oscar dlh in his prime
Welterweight-Miguel Cotto(way too big for hatton pity would be a great fight)
    Light-Welter-Ricky Hatton
    Lightweight-Juan Diaz
Super-Featherweight: pacquiao(pac man easily, love the heavyweights of today to have his power, barrera in his prime , Juan Manuel Marquez deserves a mention)
Featherweight-Injin Chi (he's going into mma he wasn't making great money out of boxing ,great fighter)
Super-Bantamweight-Bernard Dunne(because he's irish but can't wait for marquez-vasquez their third fight, hope bernard dunne never fights them they'd kill him, they have the boxing skills and the power)

I'm gonna end with super bantam don't know enough about the lighter weights.

are you being serious with this have you ever watched him fight,he has the skills but i'd rather watch paint dry than one of his fights, people accuse mayweather of running he dosen't do it as much as witter

Yeah some of his fights are dull but he's in some good ones as well
i.e N'dou, guess i also feel sorry for him because Hatton kept ducking him,
he's one of the most underrated fighters around

you might have a case for it in the early days when hatton went the wbu route instead of fighting for european titles but not now his win against demarcus corley was better than N'dou imo but both of them are hardly big names.

Witter should really concentrate on his own career before he calls people out.

Do you think witter is better than either Castillo or tzsu? If he beat someone of that quality then maybe hatton will fight him but not until then.

Not to mention that Witter himself ducked Eamon Magee , swings and roundabouts .

Heavyweight: Klitschko (favourite still active was Golota, should have done so much more)
    Cruiserweight: David haye
    Light Heavyweight: Bernhard Hopkins
    SuperMiddle: Joe Calzaghe/Robin reid
Middle: Kelly Pavlik (only saw him once though)
    Light Middle: De La Hoya
    Welter: Cotto
Light Welter: Have to regetfully go with hatton
    Lightweight: Freitas
    Superfeather: Barrerra
Feather: Just had a look on boxrec, don't know any
    Superbantam: marquez

Would be easier to decide based on the old 8 divisions!!!

i don't think Witters better than Tszyu but Castillo doesnt look good at light welter and i think Witter would take him, I think his careers going alright, he has the wbc belt and if he beats Harris we might see a Hatton fight when Hatton comes back down the light welter with his tail between his legs :D

Interesting that PBF mayweather dosent feature on anybody's list so far.
My point has always been that the p4p world No. 1 should also be somewhat entertaining !!!
p4p champ should have it all, and apart from the Gatti fight, he's not all that the media make him out to be.

    Anyways :

heavyweight : Too hard to choose lol....

light-heavyweight : B-Hop , and Chad Dawson looks sucessor to the throne

super-middle : Id like to say Mundine if his "mince-pie" recovers.

Middleweight : Duddy, nice persona, great against yuri-boy, best fight ive seen.

light middle: Joel julio,... only seen him once but i liked it a lot.

Welter : Sugar Shane Mosley, my all time favourite boxer !! and i reserve that statement with a plot.

light welter : Ricardo Torres, for his fight against cotto , second best fight ive ever seen !!!
also on that weight , i like to see Fernando Angulo, amazing life story of survival !!! heroic stuff.

feather/super feather : Followed pacmac from the early stages, he now has all the personality traits i hate in somebody. fantastic to watch, but a total selfish git. loves his bad foods, women, booze and partying, which is great .so do i !! but not for a boxer.

lower weights : any mexican will do !

it's pretty clear where you stand your not a big hatton fan and I am so we'll have to agree to disagree :D

I think it's touch and go if witter will beat harris even though I don't think harris is a top line figter.

Hatton fought magee ,magee dropped him in the first round and hatton recovered to win on points, that's probably why witter was ducking him magee is a very good fighter.Hatton has improved alot since that fight. You mighn't like him but if you know your boxing there not near the same level(witter/hatton).

I think hattton will beat mayweather but even if he loses it's still a win/win mayweather is no 1 p4p after all.Maybe if witter beat a p4p fighter they might have their fight, but other than witter running his mouth I don't think witter is anywhere on hattons radar.

The only reason i'd like to see the fight is for witter to be shut up I don't see any other reason he hasn't proved near enough to think he deserves a fight with hatton.

When you say best fights you've seen you mean live otherwise(despite those both being great fights) I'd have to question your sanity having them ahead of the likes of Corrales v Castillo I , Hagler v Hearns and at least 20 other fights from the last 20 years .

I do love Cotto fights though , and that Torres one(aswell as his fight with Judah) were both crackers where it looked at points as if Cotto was going to be taken out . Cotto has a pretty average chin , but his ability to recover is amazing . I've never seen a guy out on his feet one second and literally be coming at his man the next .

nah man I like Hatton, I'd love to see him beat PBF but realistically I think Floyd will keep his distance and hit and run all night. It'd be good to see Hatton catch him with one of his body shots though.

I think Witters problem now is all the big names have moved up in weight, if he wants a big fight he's gonna have to follow them, other option would be to unify, Gavin Rees would be an easy start!

fair enough so he might beat rees not sure about harris he might get a sd after 12(it's not going to be an exciting fight :D )

hatton is light welter so is witter I can't see how you prefer witter to hatton but I guess you do ,each to their own I spose.
