Ye really annoying. You litter and it makes people look at you like you are filthy. How original. The song in it is really annoying as well.

    I don't have a problem with them.

At least it puts out a message that littering is unacceptable... most people who litter seem to do it so casually and don't seem to see it as a problem at all.

But do these types of things actually work? I would think people who litter without caring are just a-holes and really wouldn't give a toss about an ad like this.

I get the message, and I don't litter and I think it is a disgrace but people who do it obviously don't care so why care about an ad like this?

Well there hasn't been any sort of major anti-littering campaign in a very long time...

The message probably does need to be out there. Littering seems to be a very casual thing for many people and they don't even realise that it's a problem.

I hope there is one to target smokers who seem to think their cigarette butts are magically not litter. You'll see a lot of people who wouldn't normally litter but wouldn't think twice about flicking a butt on the ground.

    Agreed,
The Gov is not dealing with this problem correctly though, they have litters fines which is great but have you actually EVER heard of anyone littering getting fined.....no of course not.

At the end of the day its a serious problem and its one that I've heard many a tourist comment on, I think they need to do more adverts like this and also have people had fineing people and if your caugh you get fined and your name in the paper :D

Now that would be fun, sounds extreme but it would put a stop to it pretty fast :)
