Exhibitons in London

    I am going next weekend to London and I have two days to stroll there.
    Do you have information about interesting and good exhibitons there? I prefere exhibitions of photographs.
    Well, I haven't been to Imperal War musem so far...

    Well forget about London and stay here and see Peoples Photography.

    Well maybe have a walk around Soho and there is a bookshop with a gallery upstairs. Hmmm might be Foyles Gallery.

    The National Portrait Gallery (Trafalgar Square) is always worth a visit.

    I have to go there. My friend has a concert in Royal Albert Hall.
    If you have good sponsors, invite him to Ireland and I'll your exhibitions :-)

    Unfortunaly you just missed the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy... which is always excellent. There may be something else showing there now though, just a quick stroll down from Picadilly Circus.

    The Royal Festival Hall (on the South Bank of the Thames, near Waterloo station) currently has the World Press Photo Awards 2007 on display. It's
    free in, and worth a look.

    Yes it is. I saw it in Portugal a few weeks ago and was massively impressed.

    Thanks everybody, I'm leaving for London tomorrow in the morning. I hope my two cameras and lenses will survive the travel again.

    I'm back. What a trip. Sun, sun and sun. All three days. A lot of waling, a lot of shooting, a lot of galleries and museums... And what's the worst - chinesee and japaneese restaurants are so cheap there!!! :D
