Emailing Nintendo Support

    Has anyone ever had to email Nintendo Support regarding a Wii problem? I emailed nintendoservicecenter@codestorm.co.uk over a week ago and never even got an acknowledgment email back from them. How long do they normally take to respond?

    Nintendo's customer support is supposed to be excellent, but the UK Codestorm offices are terrible... they're not actually a part of Nintendo themselves, but an organisation that Nintendo hires for customer support in the UK and Ireland.

    I emailed them several time about a DS problem and they were very quick to reply and they were very helpful!

    It's strange...

    i sent them a question about there forums but they sent me a message saying thanks for the email we will get back to you as soon as you can but that was last month and i got no reply:rolleyes:
