Insurance premium raise ate NCB

My insurance increased exactly the same amount as my no claims bonus so the quote I was given was exactly the same as the premium last year. Changed to a different company and saved 235 euro. Not naming companies as not sure if can but wondered if anyone has had experience of a raise being exactly to the cent same as NCB…
