This English team is worrying me... It will be harder than last week to win this game IMO. and last week was tough enough! :(

22-9 Final score. England backs yet again couldnt produce anything special. They should just hope to god Johnny decides to kick everything from now on

France should have won by more. Ashton is of course being optimistic...but there is no masking the fact that with their poor backline there is no way they will retain the World Cup.

Yeh, did you see harinordinquys glory hunting effort at trying to get over the line? The simple pass was on, and would've been a definite try. What a disgrace.

The game is up for England though. The English commentators on Sky were suggesting that loosing 12-3 at HT was a good score for England  With that kind of defeatest talk they haven't a prayer. (At least they're not like the Soccer crowd thinking they'll win every World Cup :) )

France are a good outside bet for the WC imo. If they were a bit more clinical they could have really destroyed England. The only downside is; we'll have to perform like never before to beat them on their own patch. :(

Imanol Harinordoquy fooked up that try pretty good alright... It really pissed me off.

After the game, Jo Maso asked all the players to make a circle in the middle of the changing room then he asked Imanol to stand in the middle and ask his team mates for forgiveness. Imanol dropped to his knees and said "'mea culpa, mea culpa"... He won't be doing that again soon!

As for the game: it wasn't very nice to watch. England are just cr@p at rugby so I don't know if France are any good. Our defense looks solid but that's because the English backs couldn't scaore a try to save their lives! We'll see how we do against Wales. They can actually score tries...

Perry at 9, is one of the worst players I have seen in international rugby! He stands up and takes a step or two before passing, he is SO slow, and even at that Winkinson has to stretch up or down to get the ball most of the time, thus the england backs dont have a chance....

When good ball does go to Winkinson, he also takes a step or two left/right before passing. So therefore Englands [totally rubbish] centers have no time or space to do anything and england back 3 never get anything close to good, clean ball..

England are going to get cleaned out against some of the southern hemsphere teams, the amount of missed tackles is criminal.

<sly dig>No wonder Geordan Murphy fits right in over there!!

That said, I think the aussies, kiwi's and safa's are all sleeping soundly, as all the northern teams look complete rubbish at the moment tbh. A collection of bad otpions, bad kicking and missed tackles over all of them, only a few weeks to the tournament :)
