Hi all,

Quick question I am hoping someone may be able to help me out with: is there anyone on this forum who would rent, or knows of someone who would rent, a Citroen DS? I am getting married in Septmber 2008 (long time away I know!), and would love to have a DS as the wedding car. The wedding will be in Galway on a Saturday. Any advice or contacts would be much appreciated:)

I'll try to find you the guy I got a black DS23 from for my wedding last year hes based in sligo. I think I have a picture of the car etc. The car wasn't perfect, but wasn't too bad either. :cool:

Hi Dave,
we hired a Citroen DS for our Wedding in Limerick last year, actually got in contact with the guy through boards.ie
The DS was in very good nick, he sent us pictures of the car beforehand.
He is based in Dublin but came down and spent the night before the Wedding in Limerick, Wedding was on a Friday. He picked me up and drove me to Church, and then onto the Wedding "phoho shoot" and then onto the Hotel reception. I will PM you his details. PM me if you want me to email you a pic we took of it on our big day.

DaveS, Did you have any joy trying to locate a DS that could be rented as a wedding car.
I cannot offer any help to you but perhaps trying to piggy back on your research as I am trying to find one for my sister in laws wedding in Cork April 2008.
Any further details would be much appreciated.
