Just Looking For Basic Info On Sky Sports, Setanta Sports

    Hi there

    I have the BASIC ENTERTAINMENT package, I am paying €35 per month for this, in simple terms, how much EXTRA would it cost me to UPGRADE to Sky Sports packages......I have tried to figure this out from their Websites and it seems it would cost another €20 per month but I ain't sure.:confused:

    How long do you have to stay witk SKY SPORTS once you have signed up for it? Can you sign on and off on a monthly basis as you see fit, depending on the fixtures??:confused:

    Does anybody know how long it takes to get hooked up, as an upgrade, once you make the call? Is it quicker to sign up online??:confused:

    I tried to order Setanta Sports {ONLINE}, the €18 per month thing, and they wanted the phone number of the line to which the Satellite is hooked up. But we don't have a phone number...we are just hooked up the normal way. Any ideas???:confused:

    Does anybody have any experience of how much extra it costs to get sky multiroom, do they offer specials if you upgrade your Sky account to Sky Sports and Multiroom at the same time??

    I know this is a good bit of info requested but I'm sure some of you have come across it before. Many thanks sires.:D :D:D

    From memory, you can drop or re-uptake Sky Sports on a two monthly basis (as in get it, then call 30 days later and give 30 days notice to stop it) if you want to. Its turned on/off within 4 hours, max. The 20 quid extra is about what it costs, yes; and I've no idea about special offers - doubt it.

    Order Setanta by phone, same price but I believe you don't need to give a phone number. My box isn't attached to a line, anyway.
