It's more a brand/logo than anything else these days. Heff is making more money of the logo than the magazine thats for sure.

She was a girl actually, which also opens a debate on kids being allowed to be kids.

'Tis just another aspect of the sexualisation of our young people.

    Isn't it great?!

I know its a Logo, but what does it symbolise? At least say the Nike logo is a symbol of sport.

Its like a top I saw on a girl who was no more then 8 a couple of months back which read "If you think I am a bitch - you should meet my mother"

every girl in my school has playboy stationary every single year

so much so that my school was looking into banning it

I don't really see a problem with it, but I've never seen anything wrong with the magazines either

It's symbolises playboy, i agree with you but there's not much you can do. I understand the industry behind it isn't exactly moral but various sports logo's products are made in sweat shops and thats not something we should be exposing our kids too either. The power of advertising dominates all else.

No, the nike logo is a symbol of a corporation. Same with the playboy logo.

In comparison to some of the mags out there now, Playboy is like the Messenger. Or so I'm told

Every other teenage girl's Bebo is Playboy, it's so unbelievably tacky, as is every item of Playboy merchandise I have ever seen. These girls seem to be proud of the fact that they are wearing a logo associated with strippers. Did I say strippers? Sorry I meant "empowered glamourous women who are expressing themselves through art".

It's just becoming more mainstream, which is a good thing.

It's just whats popular, don't read too much into it, they buy stuff with the playboy logo on it because their freinds or classmates buy it and thier freinds and classmates buy it because playboy have spent millions marketing the stuff and kids, girls especially, are extremely succeptable to good marketing. I've seen quite a few 12 year old girls with clothes and stationary with that pornstar logo on it with the a in the shape of a star aswell, I don't think they have any interest in becoming pornstars, its just whats fashionable at the minute.

Meh. Mind you playboy bunnys on a girls car is the fem-skang equivalent of having blue lights on the underside of a lads car.

Aww, but it's such a cute pink wabbit! and look...he's wearing a little bow tie. Ahhh.
Yeah, it's just a logo now really, I doubt she will be going off to get implants soon and parade around in a swimsuit with a tray.
