Ok, I give up. Anyone know how to stop Autoplay in XP?

I have a 500gb harddrive full of pictures and videos etc which takes ages to load because of autoplay so how do I turn it off?

    Thanks

    Connect the drive.
    Let it load up.
On the autoplay screen select "none" as the action to perform and click ok.
This can also be done if you go into the properties of the hard drive.

Get tweakui from the microsoft website, it should be labeled under powertoys.
