Hey, I couldnt find a forum in the education section suitable for this so hopefully a mod can pick the right one. Help is needed urgently.

When you get ur results, it lists the modules and the marks you get for each one. For RE, a friend of mine got:

    Coursework 100/120 (A)

    Module 1 ....78/90 (A)

    Module 2 ......54/90 (A)

Now usually above it, it will show the total mark and total grade, but above the RE marks it has the total as .00 and the grade as grade X.

Have they simply forgotten to add them up or does anybody know what this means? Thank you.

Give the school a call first. Failing that call the examination board in question.

I'd say they cheated in the exam, and were given no mark.

Who the hell cheats in a religion exam though? Do they not teach them any morals at all?

    Seriously though.

    Coursework 100/120 (A)

    Module 1 ....78/90 (A)

    Module 2 ......54/90 (A)

    Is all equal to

    232/300

    which is 73.33%

So whatever grade that gets I'd say to go with.

Maybe get this moved to Personal Issues? I was actually just reading a post on a thread about leaving cert points by someone who did A Levels. They might still be knocking around there!
