I am having trouble installing adobe flash player. Everytime i click the install now button, and after agreeing to t&c's, it just goes back to a blank box. Any ideas why this happens?

Is your browser still open when you try and install? Make sure to remove any previous installations of the player. Maybe restart the computer and then try again.

I get that exact problem also. The browser stays open and just resets to step 1 again. Ive heard a few people have the problem and havent seen any solutions for it yet.

Use Adobe Flash Uninstaller from http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157 and reinstall.

    What browser are you using?

    Had that problem last night.

Pay attention to where the installation extracts the files to. Copy it from the location box if need be. Then go to that folder and double click the set up file.

    Sorted.
