Transferring a pension to Oz

I'm looking at moving to Oz later this year and taking my pension with me. Due to recent flattening of housing market here I was toying with the idea of using some of my pension to go towards buying a house over in Oz. It's not something I want to do but I'm just putting my ducks in a row so I know what reserves I have.

I'm past the 2 year lock-in phase of the pension so I can't cash it in over here but I was wondering if anyone knows what happens when it moves to Oz. Is it possible to get at some of it over there?

    Thanks
