Call out mechanic needed

Does anyone know of mechanic that makes house calls?

    I’m based in Blackrock, Dublin.

The electrics on my bike have died.

    I ride a Royal Enfield Electra 500

Recently brought it over from the UK and I have been having a great time taking all round Ireland. Got back from my trip and left the bike idle outside the house for a couple of days. When I went to start it up, there was no response with the electric start and the neutral light was very faint. Took out the battery and charged it, but to no avail, no response from anything electrical. Can’t even get the bike kick started (that could be my lack of technique)

So my baby is stranded outside my gaff, I’ve exhausted every option that I can think of ….checked the fuses. maybe its time to get in a professional. Can someone recommend someone?

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    All the best

    eldon

You sure the battery took a charge? Sorry I dont know who could call out to you, you may have to phone around a few shops.

Are you a member of the AA they call out for bikes and will bring it to a bike shop if they cannot fix it.

Plenty of companys as well as shops do a collection service. Other than that, you might get some help from a fellow knowledgeable biker. But if the lights seem faint and all you get from the starter is a ticking sound or a non responce. Then I would say it is the battery. You could try get a new or used one from City spares or the likes. Could be the battery is at the end of its life and not charging any more.
