    Is anyone interested in a site in Ballinasloe town (Sarsfield Road). We are selling subject to planning. There is room for pair of semi-detached homes on it.

    By the way, can anyone give me an idea of the value of such a site. I have heard wildly different ideas on this one and am now quite confused

    Check out the local Estate Agents, and see how much the guy down the road got.

    In general the ratio is one third land cost, one third build cost and one third profit. So look at the likely sales price of the two semi's and work it back from there....;)
