Is Blueface down?

    Just dumped Chorus and had Digiweb installed yesterday. Hooked up everything just now and everything is fine except my Blueface phone.

    All things being equal, it is more than likely an issue with my setup. Just wondering if anyone else is having Blueface connection problems today?

    Linksys PAP2 - Saying "Cannot connect to login server".

    Tried ringing blueface support but call didn't connect. Kind of has me thinking their might be a blueface issue. I'll call them again in 20 minutes.

    Anyone?

    am not at home, but the online control panel says that my routes last connected at "14-Aug-07 11:33".. so it sounds like they up

    Mine is working fine... You said you changed ISP, I remember when i first ordered my ATA from blueface I had to let them know what ISP I had because the ATA had to be configured. Just drop them an email, they respond quickly and should have it sorted before close of business.

    Nah. It's not a Blueface ATA. But anywho, all is working again. I didn't do anything, it just came back. Not to worried about it, once we're back up and running.

    Now to fix our website :)
