intel mac mini on its last legs?

    I`ve had an intel mac mini for about a year now, and I don`t think it has survived my recent voyage to Japan all too well.

    Without a monitor, I`ve connected it up to a plain old television via apple`s DVI->Video cable. With no speakers, sound should be coming out of the internal speakers, but it`s not (not even the start-up beep).

    Worse, more often than not it won`t boot up at all, or it will hang on the off-white screen with no apple logo. If it does boot up, it is often unresponsive, particularly when using the apple remote.

    So, is there anything I can do? It seems to be fairly broken to me...
