GSXR 600 K1 (Scratched fairing)

    Hi all.

Recently i had a minor mishap with my Suzuki GSXR 600 K1. Very minor damage done. It fell on it's left hand side. Gear lever broke and a few small scratches to lower left fairing, scratched enough to need more than compound. As luck would have it, happened just before putting on R&G crash bobbins.
Have ordered gear lever from Bike World. ( 85 euro ). Was cheaper in Scotts Bikes (Harolds Cross)(65 euro), but i was recently in bike world and wanna get back on road asap. Does anyone know where i'd pick up a second hand fairing in a breaker. Of same colour, so i can just switch them over. The bike is the original 2001 Suzuki Blue and white. As this is the most common colour, i thought i might get lucky. If not does any one know where i could get a new replacement fairing.

    Cheers in advance,
    dhev

Try Cityspares, Artane bikes and Goery bikes also do breaking. You'll be lucky to get the fairings in good condition at a reasonable price. You might find something on Ebay or in Cheshire Motorcycle salvage online.
