Well I have a few cracked ribs after missing the boat and landing on my head trying to get onto the boat in a swell off the Skelligs but it was still a mighty three weeks. Plenty of photos and probably the best one I have ever taken among them. It'll take me awhile to sort through them. Things have been "relatively" quiet here I see with the odd spark to keep the embers burning ;)

God luck to the new mod(s) and thanks Ryan for your work over the years!

Only two days rain in the three weeks and my nose is peeling :D

Here's one that could have been taken anywhere but happened to be the at the door of the house we had rented on Valentia Island:

    Great shot.

I love the yellow on the inside of the chicks beaks!

Welcome back! The cracked ribs incident sounds painful but I'm sure it was worth it! :)

That's a great taster shot - looking forward to seeing some more (and especially the masterpiece!).

feckit.. and one of those days of rain would have had to be one of the days we were down :D

Nice to see some activity in the nest. Looking forward to seeing what else you've got.

I'm still processing 160 images from a multi-row panorama I took from the highest point on the island. It looks like it's gonna take an age to stitch too :(

Sorry to hear about the injury... :(

But, you'll need to swap back for the 5D now...

    Feic Danny, take it easy!

"I'd really love some *insert item here*...but I can't go to the shop..."

    You get the idea...

    Looking forward to the photos!

    Lovely Ryan....

WB danny :D Sorry I couldn't get over to yis, but as I said I was accosted by Brian's family to go off climbing mountains and hiking and other scary things. I'm back down for another 5 days or so with the kids on Sunday. Can't bloody wait.

Looking forward to your shots. Sorry to hear about the tumble (ouch).

Brilliant Ryan. It's amazing seeing someone else's view of a familiar place.

I didn't go mad photographing this year so I'm not sure what I have that's worth anything TBH. Apart from "that one" mentioned earlier which made it all worthwhile. Thanks for the good wishes. OUCH!!

Great picture Danny, any chance of seeing the one with the gannets, or is it on hold at the moment. Heard it is awsome!! "Skipper" was raving about it.
Spent the last two weeks down there myself, back to mix with the 'Royals' and 'Wee' county folk for a few weeks before my next trip.

Brilliant photo. Apparently they eventually starve to death as they go blind from the impact of the water when diving. Maybe this guy was just having a senior day....
