I have Sky+ with all movie and sports channels, parents only have a Sky box, no movie or sports channels.

Will my viewing card work in their sky boxes?

The card needs to be paired/married to the box in which it will be used to allow you to watch all the channels to which you subscribe. This seems to apply to only a handful of channels -- the premium ones in particular. I'm sure someone here can enlighten you better [I don't subscribe myself].

You could always take your box with you and plug it in there if it's only for a short while.

You'll get no movies and sports, the base "mix" pack channels will work, and obviously you'll have no + features as the box won't have a hard drive!
