2008 edition normally costs €10.00 but on special offer
at Apple petrol stations for €3.99.
Don't think you need to buy petrol to get it at this price.

Do these maps provide the same level of detail as the Ordinance Survey road atlas (Scale: 1:210,000)?

There's a new Apple petrol station under construction on Tyrconnell Road in Inchicore. Should be nearly finished. They took over an existing station.

AppleGreen are cheap, but I don't think they're necessarily the cheapest. Check out this web site first: http://www.irishfuelprices.com/index.php

Last year, my da got this OS map and I got the one in Aldi. To be honest the OS maps have some bad colour choices made when looking for small roads (we were doing the Photographic Rally) as it also shows the altitude of the ground in shades of 'brown'. (Aldi one has shades of green/white)

The difference aside from this was minimal, with maybe one or two placenames of a few one street villages listed in one and not the other.
