wheel refurb

    sup guys as you can prob tell from my other post i have a bit of time on my hands this week so i was going to try my hands at refurbishing and repainting them, my question is alot of my friends accross the pod in the states tell me to strip the wheels with "Aircraft remover" my problem is i cant find the stuff anywhere over here, so could you think of a place i can buy it over here or is there anything you could recomend instead of it??

    again ill post up how i get on might even do a tutorial if all goes wel:rolleyes:

    mods even when i log out and log back in with my account it still posts under the other account on this pc any ideas??

    Clear your browser cache.

    OP :: Can't help you there as i'm not the may west with paint but if you like I can pm you the number of a bloke that does that lark professionally?
    That's is ofc if you want to pay someone to do it for you.

    im pretty good when it comes to pc`s when i logged out it said cache was cleared ah well guess ill should just stick to the one i built :D instead of the girlfriends

    Thanks for the info on the wheels but i really want to do it myself, keep me out of mischief for the next week, found a sweet set of really lightweight enkei wheels at a breakers might pick them up tomorrow and just test out different methods/chemicals etc

    Theres a fully detailed thread over on stilosport.com, but I can't link you because the board is down for a few days so try it in a few days and search for posts by 1.8 stilo. He did a great job and lots of photos of the whole way along. You'll see his posts popping up as hes a mod and has a blue(same as me) stilo with claw alloys, blak centrer with silver lip.

    Theres actually second thread on there now where someone just refurbed and coated theirs in shadow chrome. Have a look again.

    thanks man much appreciated, ill give it a look, actually seeing alot of nice stilos arround since o moved out of dublin, not really a car that caught my eye untill recently. any pics of your own?
