full tilt are pretty much the only one with a decent mac poker client.

Ha... i checked Full Tilt before on a PC and it only linked to the executable (.exe) of their client, so i assumed they didn't have a Mac compatible client.

But i just went to their site and the same download link gave me a Mac installation image (.dmg).

Clever clogs... but a bit misleading. I reckon they should give the choice to download either regardless regardless of the OS you're visiting on.

Download bootcamp [free] and install windows on your mac and then you can play whatever site you want. Alternatively try Parallels VM and install xp or vista on that. I run stars, PPP, Full tilt and mermaid on my Mac Book Pro. no problem.

Just be aware that will only work on a new Intel based Mac and not one of the old ... not an Intel based one. :o

NP - BTW when Leopard comes out they will be including boot camp for free. [Although you can download the beta for free anyway] and can run windows that way.

If you do try the VM route the only thing I've noticed is that there is a smidgen of delay with some sights. It doesn't effectively matter unless you're playing lots of tables at once. But just mentioning incase.
