Hand I'm particulary interested in opinions goes as follows....

Hero has Ac9c UTG and limps for 200 stack 7-8k.... 4 other players limp and the SB completes... The big blind immediately moves all in for 2500 approx.... Hero???
Here the BB could be doing this with ATC and think that the A could be good..... Is flat calling real bad with 5 players behind.... what apout raising to isolate? or just a fold?

    Opinions please...

    Hand 2

    hero has 12k button 10k. blinds 75/150
Button makes it 600 to go when folded around to him.. Hero is in the SB with 10/10 and raises to 2k.. button calls

    Flop J 7 5 r Hero leads for 3k... button min raises to 6k...

    Hero?

    Any reads on opponents?

    Hand 1.

I wouldn't limp in the first place, fine as long as you do it a bit

If I was the BB here i'd shove with ATC and all that dead money, his stack is a near perfect size. As a result i'd be inclined to call the raise.

I doubt anyone behind you has anything, they're unlikely to call with AJ now or to have not raised a big pair in the first place

    Hand 2

I fold now. I prob check the flop too after he put in 20% of his stack preflop. Button minraised to 6k leaving 2k behind?!

Hand 1 should be an autofold preflop. Limping hands like this UTG is a leak.

Hand 2 In this game I prefer to call out of the blinds and disguise my hand rather than 3bet prflop. You can be pretty sure he aint folding in this game and it only means your gonna play an inflated pot OOP. If he hits any of the flop and you catch a 10 then ul get it all anyway.

Without any reads its impossible to tell you what to do here.

reads here are not great.... Hero is only at the table a round.... Villan is a decent player but has ended up shortstacked after folding to an all in on the flop a round earlier...

BTW forgetabout hand 2... I folded and he showed a set of 7's

I would shove hand 1 now but I would have folded UTG in the first place

I was the villan in hand 1... I only had 2.5k left and thought he ammount was about perfect to pick up the dead money from the limpers... I didn't look at my cards incase I might talk myself out of it....

Was a bit disappointed to get called really... especially by a limped A9 UTG... Anyway he flat called and I found 93o and exited

When you havent got a lot of chips left and the blinds mean a lot to your stack you find people pick up on out and out theft !
His limp was poor though, although a call if his reasoning was you were stealing was good enough( assuming he reraised all-in)
A flat call by him here after your reraise is poor.
