A few years ago, while suffering from really bad tension headaches, I was prescribed a very effective drug whose name I can't remember. Fairly strong pain pill, moderately long name? Would anyone like to offer some suggestions?

dextropropoxyphene is a crude opiate with a lot of kidney side effects which are not shared with other opiate drugs. I would never prescribe it.
