Xbox problem

    I got the red rings of death recently and rang xbox customer support. They said that I would get stickers in the post and then UPS would collect the xbox. The next day the UPS guy arrived. I didn't expect him so soon and hadn't boxed up the console or received the stickers. I asked him about it but he didn't seem to know. He left a number and told me to ring to rearrange when I had the stickers. Two weeks on and they haven't arrived.

    Any idea what I should do ?

    The stickers or UPS havent arrived?
    If its the stickers get back on to Microsoft and get them to email them to you (thats what I did) and then you print them out yourself.
    If its UPS then ring them back and tell them to come and pick it up for you.

    The stickers havent arrived. Are they essential ? Would It get fixed if i sent it back without them ?

    Well the stickers hava tracking code and the adress of where you are sending it to on them. They are pretty essential. Just ring up Microsoft and get them to email them to you, if you have a reference number then give them that.
