Just looking for some information from anyone who currently works in this area. It seems to be a rapidly expanding area in IT at the moment and I'm wondering how does someone get into it? I know there is a CISA exam and also some others but finding it difficult to gather any info online. Is it a matter of getting audit experience through another job? All jobs i've seen advertised seem to look for experience but how does one start out in this area

any of the big 4 accounting firms do this, you dont need to be an accountant to do it. if you do it through them they should pay for your training.
