problem burning a cd

hi all, i received an email with some backing music on it that i need to burn onto a cd, when i dl the attachment it opens in real player and it wont burn for me, but when i select windows media player it cant play it????? any ideas as to what i could do ? is there some free software i could dl to open this file with and…

Try infra recorder, its free, small and hasn't failed me yet.
