Dublin Open 2007 - the season kicks off again, Oct 13th, UCD.

Note that we haven't confirmed the venue, as it's difficult to do during the summer months, but we don't anticipate any problems.

7 days after the Dublin Open?

Originally the plan was to hold the Dublin Open on Oct 6th, but then Tribal Warfare was pushed back a week to Oct 6th, so we pushed back the Dublin Open.

Fun filled month October's turning out to be!

The N.I. Submission tournament in pcc is on sept 9th
    -70
    -80
    -90
    openweight
only 8 spots per division and i could be wrong but think the rounds are ten minutes! should be fun!

Upsetting that that clashes with the FILA comp in Turkey.

Can we get someone in -62KG this time. I'm down to 58KG due to this stupid gluten free diet.

I'm on it because I'm allergic/intolerant to gluten. You will lose weight on it, but not by choice!

Avoid bread, cakes, biscuits, cereal. Stick to the basics like meat, fish, chicken, eggs, fruit, veg and water.

I was 70KG last summer man - now i'm to 58KG and dropping fast! I'm trying to eat like a pig to get back up to 62.

don't worry about the 4 kgs man they won't count for much if it's just fat.

Nuts ftw! They're calorific and delicious. 99C for 200G of dry roasted peanuts in super valu. Lidls have a bunch of cheap nuts too.

I wont be here for these comps. Dang.

    Peanuts aint nuts Khannie.

Just hit up paleo, its is both delicious and gluten free and more importantly it will normalise your weight into your bodies optimum.

    Peace

:P Ah come on.....They're yummy lumps of fat and protein. Strict paleo says that avoiding them is best....but....I think that's OTT myself. Crossfit (which generally recommends paleo) also recommends seeds.

I like their summary of diet recommendation a lot more than strict paleo:

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat."
