    New NTL Digital customers when you order Setanta the same time as ordering NTL Digital. That's what I understand it as saying.

    It's actually new to NTL full stop. So if you've transferred from NTL analogue to NTL digital you are not a new customer and don't qualify.

    Ad is quite misleading and the website gives no details.
