Want to take the missus for a Sunday lunch - not roast with veg - french or something similar but there appears to be very few places open. Any suggestions? Would like somewhere of the calibre of Pearl Brasserie.

You could try Nosh in Dalkey village or Tante Zoe's in Temple Bar
