work commitments cant go on a holiday will insurance refund if im "sick"

    Unable to go on a booked holiday the week after next due to work commitments, curse of being self employed, if i was to fall sick prior to going what are the chances of getting some sort of refuned from holiday insurance. havent booked the insurance yet so any advice would be great.

    obviously im gonna try and scam an insurance company so please dont try and tell me its wrong. just asking .
