I was born in Holland so I held a Dutch Passport since the day I was born. After staying in Ireland more than 20 years, I still held onto the Dutch passport. Everything was grand and all.

However, last year I got married to a Chinese girl and she got Stamp 4 easily. But this year, the law had changed and unabled me to allow my wife to get her GBNI.

That is so screw! I need 30,000 Euro to get a stamp 4??

Does anyone out there know my best options to take or what legal action I could take?

(Sorry, I'm not sure if I could post in this area)

No, 'fraid not mate. I would recommend speaking to a solicitor who deals with these issues. We can't give legal advice here.
