Gmail Notifier icon on Firefox

    Just a little problem that's popped up recently.. I used to be able to look at my monitor from a distance and see that Gmail notifier was Blue.. so that meant I had email. Lovely.

    Now.. for some reason even when I dont have email, it stays blue until I click it.

    Its a shame.. the colour coded - blue for mail, red for none, used to be very handy for me.

    Does anyone know a fix for this?

    Im using firefox 2.0.0.6 and Gmail Notifier 0.6.1

    It says here:
    It seems to require that you actually click on the icon in order to clear the blue, but I think whenever there is a zero count it should be red.

    I hadnt noticed that myself as i've too many messages myself too get thru, also here's a guide (if you havent seen it already?)

    Also i didnt realise there were a lot of Gmail add-ons to find the right one :D
