BBC3 & 4 gone from NTL digital?

    Yeah either do a soft reset (Help and then the yellow button) or unplug the box. It happens to me with Bravo +1

    Aye- I had the same problem with Sky One and Sky Two. Unplugging the box for a few moments should solve the problem.

    On a separate note... Does ABC1 work for anyone? Anytime I switch over to it, I just get a black screen.

    ABC1 was like that for the past day or so, but it came back last night at some point!

    It's never worked for me. Despite resetting the box on a number of occasions. Of course, this may be due to my insanely poor signal strength (between 25-27 on average). A cable crew has been due to call out to upgrade roof cabling now for, oh, about nine months. Expecting them any day now.

    Film4 seems to be gone at the moment too. Has it been dropped, or does the box need a reset?

    Those boxes really are POS.. Either that or NTL is a POS for dropping Film4.

    Try resetting first, if it's missing post reset then it's been removed. Unlikely.

    Thanks OP, old post I know, but this just saved my BBC3 for me through a reset. Missed Heroes though....
