Where do I ring to report a fault on a new Dell PC?

I just looked on dell.ie and there's no contact information for reporting a fault? Can anyone help?

BTW, the PC is about a month old and has become very noisy from fan vibration. My last PC was out of warranty when the same thing happened so I'm not going to make the same mistake again
