I have Sky in my sitting room at the moment. This box was installed a few years ago and is not connected to a phone line. I have booked a multiroom installation in a room that doesn't have a phone line in. Is there going to be any problems here? Can a new phone line be setup?

Now that you've gone the multiroom route Both of your boxes will now have to be connected to your phone socket(s).

If you don't connect up the first box and stick a socket in the other room the sky installer will just walk out the door.
