CSI Miami's Britney Spears send-up

Last night on CSI Miami there was a brilliant piss-take of Britney Spears: it was about a movie star who got killed in a rehab centre and at the end a Britney clone checked into the rehab center, went to her room, snorted some coke, and shaved her head.

I couldnt figure out what that bit at the end was about, or where she'd come from.

I thought it was very clever. The whole episode was a complete send up of celebs going into rehab - esp. the star who wasn't really an addict and just went in for some publicity that has got to ring true for a couple of celebrities.

maybe I watch too much CSIs/Forensic detectives etc but I
initially assumed that girl shaved her head so that nobody
could analyze her hair for previous drug use - like the way
the other girl (actress) was caught out!

Yeah I was thinking the same because that's how they find out if there are narcotics in your system (by examining strands of your hair). Maybe they didn't mean to take the piss out of Britney at all. Come to think of it, maybe that's why Britney shaved off her hair in real life? Maybe she was worried that social services would take her kids off her if they found out she had been taking coke?
