    I would count Michel Gondry as one of my favourite modern day directors, and this film has the most wonderful concept of any mainstream comedy recently - a bunch of video shop workers (back in the days of VHS) decide to remake all the films that were accidentally erased.

    Apparantly some of the early reviews have been negative, but I still hope this will be an enjoyable watch.

    Ah great... been looking for a good quality version of this since i saw a filmed version with a shaky camcorder at the 'Be Kind Rewind' presentation ComicCon.

    Definitely different from Gondry's more recent directorial efforts - looks very slapstick-y!

    Nice use of music in the trailer... but i'm really not sure.
