Connecting Xbox 360 to vista

    I am unable to connect my xbox 360 to my desktop. Seems that the console cannot identify my desktop. Any advice???

    Enable media sharing in windows media player, make sure it's set to share with everyone. Turn off Windows Firewall. Enable the guest account.

    I'd try those in that order
