iPod confusion (new PC, old iPod)

Sorry if this has been asked before...I recently got a new computer and want to operate my iPod from iTunes on the new one, but how do I do this when I've been using iTunes on the old computer all along? Do I have to delete everything and load it all on again, or is there an easier way? Any advice would be much appreciated…

Easy enough to do , ...heres the instructions , basically you use your ipod to transfer your stuff over ,
