Apologies if this has already been answered.

My Zen is now in Recovery Mode. There are 4 options; Clean Up, Format All, Reload f/w & Reboot. I have tried all options except the reload f/w to no avail. I bought it in the US over a year ago so I suppose any warranty has elaspsed.

If anyone has experience of this I would appreciate them letting me know if it can be resolved.

    Cheers

Happened to my 60G one so I presume it's the same problem. I drained the battery completely, so it wouldn't even turn on to tell you to charge the battery. Then, I plugged it into the mains charger and gave it four hours or so, works a treat now, haven't had a problem since. Hope this works for you.

Try to reinstall the firmware if that fails then try
Creative's online support, you may get an RMA.

Last player I sent to Creative faulty was replaced by
a new unit, back with me within a week. Top notch service.
