UTV package ! Dialup !

I am currently paying eircom 24 euros per month for 150 hours for dialup I exceed this each and every month. I have isdn or dual line My phone calls are with perlico but they dont offer a flat rate package for the internet (dial-up) so I needed to keep the internet with them.. I pay 9.99 for each line for free calls day…

Now I see UTV have 180 hours for internet at 24.95 thats an extra 30 hours.. But I wanted to know if anyone uses them for there calls and if they have a package for free national calls during the day? all i see on their website is free night and weekend calls !
