I saw some pretty good koi flash in Celestial Ring in Stephens Green, but I can't speak from experience, and havent seen anyone with any done.

No problem. You should pop in and have a look through the stuff there to see what you think, if its what you want. From what I remember theres stuff in the windows and on the poster display style thing on the wall
